Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Flying Axe PK for your axe throwing adventure. To provide clarity on our refund process, please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are applicable to cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • Group bookings of 10 or more participants may require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amount is specified at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who do not arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” and are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancelled Sessions by the Venue:

  • In the rare event that Flying Axe PK must cancel a session, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Weather Conditions:

  • The venue operates rain or shine, as axe throwing is an indoor activity.
  • Refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions unless the venue closes unexpectedly.
