Cancellation Policy

At Flying Axe, we understand that plans may change. Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests.

Cancellation Period:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will be eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • Group bookings of 10 or more participants may require a non-refundable deposit. In such cases, the deposit amount is specified at the time of booking.

Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Group bookings may be able to reschedule based on availability and at the discretion of the venue.

No-Show Policy:

  • Participants who do not arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.”
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in the guest’s account.

Weather Conditions:

  • The venue operates rain or shine, as axe throwing is an indoor activity.
  • In the rare event of venue closure due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.

Cancelled Sessions by the Venue:

  • In the unlikely event that Flying Axe must cancel a session, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Contacting Us:

  • Cancellation requests must be made through the same platform used for booking or by contacting our reservations team.
  • Please provide your booking details for efficient processing.

Modifications to the Policy:

  • Flying Axe reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
