Age Restriction:

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Guests aged 16 and 17 may participate with a signed waiver from a parent or legal guardian who must also be present during the activity.

Booking Reservations:

• All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our reservations team.
• Walk-ins are welcome, but subject to availability.

Group Bookings:

• For groups of 10 or more participants, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required for group bookings.

Payment:

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit cards and cash.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Arrival:

• Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a refund.

Safety Rules:

• All participants must attend a safety briefing before engaging in axe throwing activities.
• Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.
• Participants must follow the instructions of the venue staff at all times.

Alcohol and Substance Policy:

• Guests under the influence of alcohol or substances will not be allowed to participate.
• The venue reserves the right to refuse service to anyone believed to be under the influence.

Code of Conduct:

• Respectful behavior is expected from all participants.
• Intentional misuse of equipment or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises.

Weather Conditions:

• Axe throwing is an indoor activity and is not affected by weather conditions.

Photography and Videography:

• Guests are welcome to capture memories, but please be mindful of other participants’ privacy.
• The use of tripods or professional photography equipment requires prior approval.
